Amanda Harris

Amanda has more than 20 years’ experience working as Head of HR/HR Director, both in the UK and internationally and in the public and private sectors.

Amanda has a track record of developing and managing the implementation of innovative business and HR strategies and a proven ability to develop people at all levels of the organisation. She has presented several papers at professional conferences and sat on the governing body of the British Psychological Society for three years as Chair of the Continuing Professional Development Committee. Her PhD was on the subject of evidence-based decision-making.

Since 2006, Amanda has lectured on CIPD accredited and Masters courses,, designing and delivering programmes and modules for staff and candidates. She has designed and taught on face to face and blended learning programmes, utilising Moodle and Elluminate learning solutions. Recently she has worked as a principle occupational psychologist with a particular interest in adult development and organisational development.
