Lorraine Bartlett

Lorraine has 24 years’ experience in retail management with Tesco, 15 years of which was spent as a HR generalist working in many different stores across Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and Humberside. An interest in talent development and helping people to become the best versions of themselves, led to a role at BePro where she spent four years in positions supporting HR and L&D apprentices and CIPD candidates across all levels. Her passion took her to Head of Curriculum where she was responsible for ensuring the teaching and learning for 12 programmes was current and in line with industry specifications.
Lorraine’s role as a Consultant with Reed Learning has returned her to what she loves doing most in her career which is supporting the development of HR and L&D professionals.
