Our advisers really do ensure our business retains that personal touch, something we know candidates greatly value. This regular feature publicly recognises their contribution to your CIPD success!
We have asked Harry Barton, our consultant based in South Wales, for his advice to help you gain that all important CIPD qualification along with what he loves most about his job.
Harry’s top tips for CIPD success …
Be organised. Planning your time effectively can reduce the stress involved in completing your modules.
Don’t worry. Ask for advice. Your advisers are very approachable and can provide advice that will enable you to complete your modules to the standards required.
Involve your line managers. They can often provide you with opportunities to progress your CIPD programme.
Be nosy about your organisation and learn as much about all its aspects and how they fit together. This will benefit your career and help you with your CIPD studies.
Use your time for studying sensibly. Speed up and do more when you have a bit more time, slow down and do less when you are very busy.
Reflect on your learning throughout your programme and apply it to your work. This will support your career development.
