The remarkable 100% pass rate obtained by more than 50 students underlines the Business School’s commitment to academic excellence and its dedication to preparing a new generation of chartered accountants for successful careers.
Most of this summer’s cohort were sitting all three ICAEW final papers for the first time to complete their qualification and have now become chartered accountants.
Their achievements are a testament to the high standards of tuition at Reed Business School where students benefit from an intensive three-week residential revision course before the exams. Held at the school’s idyllic manor located in the heart of the Cotswolds, the tailored approach to learning and personalised tuition has proved to be highly effective in ensuring student success.
“This is the conclusion of a three-year journey for our students and we are extremely proud of their achievements,” explained Jenny Winstanley, tutor at Reed Business School. “A 100% success rate reflects their hard work but also the quality of education provided by our experienced tutors. The Business School is a unique and special place, and we always get good results but for every student to pass all three final papers is outstanding,” she added.
Reed Business School has a long-standing reputation for excellence in accountancy education, consistently producing graduates who go on to have high flying careers in top accountancy firms and organisations.
“ICAEW courses are structured towards face-to-face tuition by subject experts. The teaching method we adopt is to get full class participation so we can build a positivity that everyone can succeed, and it does work. It’s the extra learning they receive from being next to each other, answering mock questions and having a tutor in the room who is guiding them through the process that achieves these results,” Jenny added.
Reed Business School has been delivery high quality professional qualifications for over 50 years and now offers courses in HR, L&D, Leadership & Management as well as Accountancy. The school’s holistic approach to education, which focuses not only on academic success but also on developing practical skills and professional confidence, sets it apart as a leader in the learning field.
Adam Ruston-Shaw, Head of Accountancy programmes adds that “Our courses ae crafted to provide exceptional tuition from subject experts, reflecting the business schools commitment to the highest standard in education. The excellent delivery of these courses over the three year journey exemplifies the dedication and excellent RBS strives for, celebrating the remarkable success of our learners”.
