This course is aimed at members of staff who work with people who are neurodivergent, or individuals who want to gain an understanding of neurodiversity.
Help your employees understand Neurodiversity
By the end of this course, your employees will have gained an understanding of what
neurodiversity is, the causes and conditions of neurodiversity, the autistic spectrum
disorder, and the mental health issues that may affect neurodiverse people.
They’ll also be taught ways in which to create a safe and inclusive workplace, how
they can support colleagues who are neurodiverse, and the importance and purpose
of Neurodiversity Awareness Week.
