Andy Murphy

Andy is a specialist in delivering level 3 and 5 CIPD qualifications. He enjoys bringing learning to life and empowering people to excel in their studies and careers.

Andy has a business degree with an HR emphasis, along with CIPD and DTLLS teaching qualifications. He has been teaching for over 30 years, with extensive experience as a lead verifier.

Andy has worked in a wide variety of organisations including the military, public services, higher and further education, along with a range of private companies. His experience as a chief instructor and programme manager provides depth as well as breadth to his teaching practice. Andy has worked as a CIPD tutor for the last eight years supporting students on both level 3 and level 5 programmes.

Andy is experienced in people management and leadership with a focus on learning and talent development. His best friend is Jessica, a German Shepherd rescued from Romania!
