Fiona Godfrey

Fiona’s role as a consultant with Reed Learning has returned her to what she loves doing most in her career, which is supporting the development of HR professionals.

Fiona has 19 years’ experience in retail management with Tesco, 17 years of which was spent as a HR generalist working in many different stores in Manchester and across Yorkshire. 

With bags of HR experience under her belt, Fiona joined BePro where she spent just under three years in positions supporting HR apprentices and CIPD candidates across level 3 and 5 courses.

She became the programme lead for Level 3 extending her teaching expertise to the Middle East where she supported students both online and face to face, before joining Reed Learning as a consultant.
