Michaela Hoare

A pragmatic HRM and HRD professional with over 30 years’ experience, Michaela has more recently worked as a tutor in the education and private sectors. Her teaching experience is underpinned by roles as a consultant, supporting a range of businesses, and as a senior HR generalist and specialist in the private, public and third sectors.

Passionate about learning and developing the next generation of people professionals, Michaela’s main focus at Reed Learning is supporting Level 7 students. She has expertise in many areas of the people profession, including coaching and mentoring, and has further developed her knowledge and skills working with apprentices.

Michaela is a CIPD Chartered Fellow and holds a master’s degree in strategic HRM.
