Davina Jenkins

Davina has extensive experience in supporting candidates through their CIPD qualifications. She is passionate about the benefits effective health and wellbeing strategies can bring to organisations.

Davina has a wealth of experience supporting CIPD candidates gained in face-to-face teaching in further education as well as candidate bespoke programmes and online learning for the private sector. 

Her teaching knowledge is underpinned by over 18 years’ commercial experience maximising the potential of others through time spent within the private and public sectors in a range of roles from line management and project management to leadership development and the management of change programmes. 

Before joining Reed Learning as an HR consultant, Davina implemented a wellbeing framework throughout local authorities in the West Midlands.

Davina is a CIPD chartered member and has a Masters qualification in Human Resources Management.
