Abhishek Paul

Abs has worked at Reed as a specialist qualified social worker recruiter since 2009. Having started as a trainee consultant covering the North West of England, Abs had great success in supporting local authorities and NHS providers with recruitment to social work posts across adult services. Abs relocated to London in 2010 and became an expert recruiter across both children and adult services within Greater London and the South East.

A promotion to management in 2014 saw Abs recruit and build a successful team of social work recruiters. His team became one of the top performing suppliers of temporary qualified social workers into many London boroughs.

Abs was promoted to Area Manager in 2017 and then Regional Manager in 2018, which came with responsibility over a number of sites and teams.

Since 2020, Abs has been Divisional Manager for Reed’s qualified social workers specialism and his team now have recruit for temporary, permanent and consultancy work across the UK.
