References for Reed temporary employees are handled via the local office. If you are a current or former employee of Reed, please contact the consultant or manager you worked with directly for a reference.
If you are unable to make contact, please email payroll.contracts@reed.com who should be able to assist you.
For reference requests from previous co-members of Reed, please contact cat.query@reed.com.
You should be able to access your timesheets via the XMS portal - if you require assistance regarding XMS please contact X3.helpdesk@reed.com.
If the information on your timesheet is incorrect, you will need to speak to your consultant directly to resolve it, please contact them via your usual method.
If you are unable to contact your consultant, please contact your local Reed office.
Our Reed specialist consultants try their best to get back to all applicants on the status of their application, however this is not always possible. If you are hoping for an update on an application submitted to a Reed specialist consultant, you should first contact the consultant directly. If you still can't get a response you can also contact your local Reed office. Some job roles receive hundreds of applicants, so please remain patient as our consultants work to keep you updated on your application.
If you have applied for a job through Reed.co.uk you'll receive an automated email from Reed.co.uk to confirm that your application has been successfully sent. If you don't receive a confirmation email and you're unsure whether your application has been sent, you can try doing the following:
Check the spam filters in your email account
Add no-reply@e.reed.co.uk to your address book or safe list
Check that the email address for your Reed.co.uk account is correct by signing in. To do this on desktop, click on your name in the top right hand corner of any page and select 'Account'. On tablet or mobile, this can be found in the side menu on the top left corner.
Sign in, and for desktop users, click on your name in the top right hand corner of any page and click 'Jobs applied for' to view all your applications. For tablet or mobile users, this can be found in the side menu on the top left hand corner.

At Reed we collect personal data about you when you register with us. That personal data is needed to provide you with the recruitment services we deliver. The personal data we collect includes your name, contact details, work history, employment preferences, references and the usual information contained on a CV. We will also ask for and keep copies of your CV. In addition to providing recruitment services, we will use your personal data to manage your account and to email or text you about our recruitment services and roles which we consider relevant to your search for work. This includes providing that personal data (including references), and where appropriate sensitive personal data, to prospective employers, who will use it for processing your application, for personnel administration, additional screening checks and for inspecting our files where they are entitled to do so.
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please email us at compliance.escalations@reed.com. You also have the right to cease receiving our services at any time and have us delete all of your personal data, unless we are in the process of responding to any complaint that we are required to keep it for legal reasons.
