Prior to embarking on his recruitment career, Adam studied business and marketing at university. He then worked as a talent sourcing specialist for Reed’s Statement of Work social work teams, before becoming the Practice Lead for SEND within our QSW division in April 2023.
In his role, Adam most enjoys finding solutions for clients better than they could have without Reed’s help, and helping candidates to find work that works for them. He finds Reed to be a really supportive environment that has allowed him to grow personally and professionally, and working with the wider team.
Developing effective SEND solutions is especially important to Adam because, across the country, children are receiving delayed support from local authorities whose permanent staff are often overstretched. His work helps to deliver a better service for the families most in need, providing support in a timelier manner, and improving outcomes for children and young people.
