His diverse experience spans various facets of the health and care market. Initially, Alex focused on the doctor’s market, assembling teams that supplied staff to private sector, NHS acute, mental health, and primary care settings. He also delved into the custodial health market, serving both police and prison services. 

Expanding his expertise, Alex ventured into nurse recruitment for acute and mental health sectors, achieving remarkable success with an urgent and primary care team. His international recruitment campaigns brought nurses, doctors, and paramedics from the EU, Middle East, Australasia, the Philippines, and India to the UK. 

Recently, Alex assumed responsibility for a large national healthcare business, providing clinical staff across a diverse range of clients. His extensive background in managing high-volume accounts and serving as an account director in London equips him to offer insightful solutions and advice to employers and work seekers alike.
