Bharvi Patel

Bharvi has over 19 years’ experience in further education recruitment, working with post-16 organisations across the Midlands, London and the South.

She started her career as an on-site recruiter for a further education college, learning the fundamental workings of the college, providing a grounding which she has continued to develop, growing her experience in FE recruitment and contract management. Bharvi has proven experience working within all areas of FE recruitment, including recruiting for SEND and training providers, in many cases running contracts for all recruitment roles - such as management - within these sectors.

She is responsible for managing our further education hubs across the Midlands and the South. Bharvi has seen the sector change in many ways since 2003, with this experience allowing her to ensure Reed’s teams provide both FE settings and professionals with an excellent recruitment service, as well as ensuring that our recruitment strategies are aligned to the ever-changing landscape of Post 16 education.
