With a recruitment career spanning more than 25 years, Carolyn joined Reed in 2021 to lead a team of legal recruiters. At Reed, she feels consistently supported, recognised, and rewarded for her excellent work.

Carolyn loves what she does and will never tire of the satisfaction she gets from securing the perfect opportunity for a talented professional. Her favourite part of her role is setting up interviews between employers and candidates that she knows will be a great match.
