Dave Carter

Dave joined Reed in 2002 to implement our contract covering schools in Lancashire, which we still proudly operate today.

With almost 20 years’ experience, Dave specialises in lead supply of academic and non-academic staffing to over 600 schools across primary, secondary and SEND education in Lancashire.

Dave runs three highly successful teams in Lancaster and Preston, engaging with all the schools in the local authority and covering all needs, from urgent supply requirements through to long-term and permanent hires.

Working in partnership with Lancashire County Council, Dave has established Reed as the number one supplier of staff into schools and manages our contract with the council.
