Sian Rees

Sian has been with Reed since February 2021, initially as part of the resourcing team in Chester’s business support division. In August 2021, she joined the graduate scheme and transitioned to the team recruiting for qualified social workers across Yorkshire and the North East.

Sian has developed strong interpersonal and communication skills through her work in resourcing and recruitment. She is adept at building relationships with professionals and employers, gauging their needs, and finding the best matches for them. Additionally, her participation in the Reed graduate scheme provided her with valuable training and development opportunities.

Sian’s career has involved a combination of hard work, dedication, and seizing opportunities.
