There is a real lack of diversity in engineering roles, with most environments often male dominated. As we continue to prioritise inclusivity across the sector, it’s never been more important to take a step back and look at how far we’ve come and what still needs to be done.

As we celebrate International Women's Day, join us for an insightful webinar where we aim to delve into the vital topic of women in engineering across all manufacturing sectors, including food, FMCG, automotive, and aerospace.

Chaired by Adam Buckland, Divisional Managing Director – Scientific at Reed, this event will feature a panel of distinguished speakers who will share their expertise and strategies for successfully driving change and championing diversity across engineering and manufacturing.

Featured speakers

Why attend?

  • Explore the challenges and triumphs of women engineers in what has historically been a male-dominated environment.

  • Hear from industry leaders who are driving change and promoting diversity.

  • Learn how businesses are prioritising equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging (EDI&B) to create more inclusive workplaces.

You will also have the chance to put forward any questions you have to the panel in an interactive Q&A session. Register now to secure your spot and be part of the conversation shaping the future of engineering.
