Adam’s core competencies include creating tailored solutions for a portfolio of Reed's largest clients, maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders, and overseeing the delivery of contractually agreed operational services. Amanda is a talent acquisition leader with a deep passion for diversity, equity & inclusion (DE&I) - helping those who face barriers to employment. Throughout her career, which spans industries like engineering, transport, and food production, Amanda has focused on building employer brands, using social media to attract talent, and creating inclusive hiring strategies.
In her current role as Head of Talent Acquisition UK at Valeo Foods, she leads initiatives to enhance employer branding, reduce recruitment costs, and develop strategies that make workplaces more accessible and inclusive.
Charlotte Richards, Engineering Project Manager, Greencore
Throughout her career, Charlotte has gained extensive experience working with defence equipment and support on various projects, including radar systems, defence technologies, and providing support on overseas bases. Charlotte’s role involved working on advanced technologies, where she contributed to the successful implementation and management of high-profile projects within the defence sector.
Charlotte transitioned to working with a defence infrastructure organisation, where she was responsible for managing a large-scale project aimed at relocating all RAF training facilities. This project encompassed the design and construction of accommodation and technical buildings.
Currently, Charlotte serves as the Engineering Project Manager at Greencore Boston, where she oversees and manage all capital projects for the site. Her responsibilities include introducing and managing the installation of new systems, as well as exploring sustainability projects and automation initiatives.
Ashleigh Sinclair, Head of Talent Acquisition UK, Valeo Foods
As an effective and strategic national Head of Talent Acquisition, Ashleigh has a proven track record of successfully developing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition and management strategies.
Her expertise lies in aligning talent strategies with business goals and objectives, due to a strong background in designing and implementing recruitment processes, technology, and data analytics to attract and retain top talent.
Having successfully led and mentored large, high performing TA teams, Ashleigh continues to build rapport with individuals, while also collaborating with senior leaders to align all with the business direction.
