Lisa Kemp, Partner - Employment and Immigration, HCR Legal
Having qualified in 2010, Lisa Kemp is a Partner in HCR’s employment and immigration team in Worcester, specialising in employment law. She advises a wide range of clients and has recently been recruited by HCR to build their employment practice further in this key area.
Lisa’s specialisms include representation at employment tribunal for both claimants and respondents, day-to-day HR support, advice on restructuring and redundancy, and drafting employment documentation. She also negotiates employee exits and settlement disputes, and provides corporate support, from supporting businesses with the employment aspects of merger and acquisition work, to disposals and corporate restructuring.
