Reputation was once simply about what you do, what you say and how you do it.
Now, in today’s ‘always on’, social media-driven world, it’s as much about what others are saying about your values, your tone of voice and how you or your brand reacts to crisis. Because of this, managing reputation through effective public relations has never been more challenging or more important for your return on investment (ROI).
The risks are great for those who fail, but so, too, are the commercial rewards for those who get it right.
Join Reed and our guest speaker, public relations consultant and former BBC journalist, Clarence Mitchell, who will explore how effective communications can not only support your marketing but boost your ROI – while avoiding the pitfalls that can, for the unwary, easily turn a reputational crisis into a disaster.
The agenda
Why reputation matters.
Why consumers and the media react.
What the media expect but don’t often get.
The new communications landscape.
Internal versus external communication.
Getting it wrong and getting it right.
Improving your ROI through effective communication.
