Iain MacLeod (he/him), Inclusion Ambassador, Reed Talent Solutions
Iain is an equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) specialist who has worked in the field for over 20 years.
With both lived and learned experience across multiple workstreams, he designs and delivers inclusion collateral both internally within Reed, and externally to clients. He is a firm believer that all inclusion work should be intersectional, and that by helping one we can help all.
Ben Rainforth-Gott (he/him), Director of Organisational Development, Clarion Housing Group
Ben is a strategic HR leader with more than 20 years of extensive international HR & business transformation. A strategic thinker and agile operator, Ben has substantial experience in all facets of human resource management and proven expertise in business change and transformation.
An openly gay executive who is an advocate for inclusion and education of others through authentic lived experience and in gifting the voice back to those who need to be heard the most.
Claire Harvey (she/her), Managing Director – Core Network, Reed
Claire has over 25 years of experience in the recruitment industry working for two major recruitment companies. Originating as a finance recruiter herself, she employed the skills learnt in her early years and went on to develop high-billing, motivated teams to great success. From there, with experience and drive, she has worked her way up to Managing Director of Reed’s UK Network, a business consisting of 14 different specialisms across 100 locations in the UK.
Her passions include developing teams as a coach and a mentor and championing Reed's Women in Leadership programme. Claire is a qualified NLP practitioner; and takes pride in her strong leadership skills and her ability to inspire, motivate and drive a highly commercial and fast-paced business.
