Recent data released by Reed.com revealed that three quarters of office workers have been given the option to work on a hybrid basis, with 57% not having this option before the pandemic.
Many office-based workers dipped their toe into the remote working waters and have been reluctant to return, with some now expecting a level of flexibility allowing them to work remotely and, in many cases, hybrid.
During this webinar we were joined by panellists Jamie Beer, Talent Acquisition Manager, Openreach, Tushar Agarwal, Co-Founder and CEO, Hubble, and James Reed, CEO and Chairman, Reed, to discuss their thoughts on the ‘new’ way of working.
Our experts discussed what hybrid working is, whether it’s good for business and how to implement this new way of working to ensure your workforce remains energised and productive.
