Karen is an experienced Assistant Director of People and Culture at Octavia Housing and Chair of the NCVO HR and Remuneration Committee. Throughout her career, Karen has built a range of industry experience across the public, private and third sectors which has led to her passion for transforming teams and instilling organisational culture change.
Alongside this, she has an interest in applying agile project management techniques within HR, with a focus on providing user-centred services which empower employees and managers to drive engagement and performance, ensuring a healthy employee experience.
Alysoun Stewart, Chief Operating Officer, Ellandi
A chartered accountant, Alysoun Stewart is the Chief Operating Officer at Ellandi where she is responsible for all-people related matters, from sourcing strategy and recruitment to learning and development.
During her early career, Alysoun worked as a corporate finance partner with one of the largest accountancy firms in London and since then has held roles across several industries, with the agenda to formulate a strategy that develops businesses’ operational and organisational needs. Similarly, Alysoun is the Co-Founder of an Oxfordshire-based furniture manufacturing company and sits on the board of an independent girls’ school.
June Koh, Total Workplace Partner, Cushman & Wakefield
June Koh is a Total Workplace Partner at global commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield. Based in London but working internationally, June is a leader in her field for workplace strategy and experience.
Her varied career began in music, and over the last 20 years has included working for and with start-ups, multinational and government bodies across Asia, Europe, and America, with her most recent roles include heading up the EMEA/APAC workplace strategy team at WeWork and leading the UK&I workplace strategy team at AECOM.
