Charles Cotton, Senior Performance and Reward Adviser, CIPD
Charles is the senior adviser for performance and reward to the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). He directs its reward research agenda and recently produced a survey on UK reward management. Charles is also responsible for the CIPD’s public policy work in the area of reward and has given evidence to select committees on executive remuneration and politicians’ expenses as well responding to various consultations, including pensions, retirement and corporate governance.
He frequently appears in the media commentating on reward and is often invited to present at events.
Jamila Lecky, Group Reward Consultant, Mott MacDonald
Jamila is a MCIPD chartered HR professional experienced in global reward and organisational change management. She was the recipient of the 2022 CIPD People Management Student of the Year - Advanced Level award for the work she did in leading the global change management for Mott MacDonald's new human capital management system.
With a personal interest in employee motivation and engagement, she has written papers on work-life balance and the use of bonuses as employee motivators. Now as a reward specialist, Jamila is driving the employee-owned Mott MacDonald's global reward strategy.
Jason Paskins, Pay & Reward Consultant, Consultancy+
Jason has over 20 years’ experience in the delivery of HR, reward and business transformation projects across the UK and globally, in both the public and private sector.
Having built up a broad professional portfolio covering not only reward, but also organisational development, talent management and learning, Jason continues to develop strong relations with organisations across Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa.
Chris Brindley, Head of Reward and Co-member Experience, Reed
Chris first joined Reed in January 2017, and is responsible for the reward, engagement and communications functions across the business. He designs, manages and analyses all reward mechanisms relating to pay and benefits across the entire organisation and subsequent job groups.
Since taking on the role as head of reward, Chris has developed a strong passion for ensuring the reward and co-member experience for employees at Reed is well-implemented and engaging across all departments.
